PMT KB Article 13 – 019 - How Long Does it Take to Receive My Refund?

Once we have received confirmation of your refund amount from your educational institution, we will contact you for additional documentation for regulatory and compliance purposes. Upon receipt of all the required information from you, we will then process your refund payment.  Most refunds take between 3-5 business days to process. The duration of the refund will depend on the country and the currency of where the refund is to be deposited.
