PMT KB Article 13 – 009 - My Bank Sent PayMyTuition The Wrong Currency, What Will Happen?

We apply the exact amount received from your bank towards your institution. If your bank has sent the wrong currency, additional charges may be applied due to foreign exchange conversion. In addition, your payment may be delayed, or, your payment may be rejected. 

If the wrong currency was sent, PayMyTuition will contact you to inform you of the final amount received, and the final amount that will be sent to your educational institution.
