PMT KB Article 16 – 017 - Guest Checkout - How Do I Cancel a Payment?

If you have funded your payment, you must contact your educational institution to request a refund. If you have not yet sent your funds to PayMyTuition, you can cancel your payment by simply completing the following steps:

Go to your Guest Checkout Link – Provided to you by email.
Click ‘Cancel Payment’
