PMT KB Article 16 – 016 - Guest Checkout - I Received My Payment Delivery Confirmation Email, What Happens Next?

The delivery confirmation email is simply a notification to inform you that your educational institution has successfully received your payment. There is no further action required for you to take. Please allow up to 48 hours for payments to be reflected on your student account.

You can access your payment confirmations from your guest checkout link

  • Go to your Guest Checkout Link – Provided to you by email.
  • Click ‘Download Payment Receipt’ – This option is available once your payment is delivered to the institution.
