PMT KB Article 16 – 007 - Guest Checkout - What If I Can't Complete The Payment In The Time Period Provided?
When you submit your payment request, you have 48 hours to send your payment. If you require more time than the 48 hours provided, you can request an additional 48-hour extension. This request can be made online through your guest checkout link. To do this, simply:
- Go to your Guest Checkout Link – Provided to you by email.
- Click ‘Give me another 48 hours’
If you still require more time the 96 hours provided, you can submit a request for a time extension by contacting us at support@paymytuition.com.
