PMT KB Article 16 – 006 - Guest Checkout - What If I Can't Complete The Payment In The Time Period Provided?
Paymytuition offers a time extension option which grants an additional 48 hours to make your payment. If you are still unable to make a transfer within the 96-hour time period provided, Paymytuition will cancel the payment. The payment request will be canceled due to the fluctuating exchange rates, as we cannot hold the currency rate we offered you at the time of your booking. If your payment gets canceled, you can simply create another transaction which will lock in a new rate for your transfer.
To request a 48-hour time extension:
- Go to your Guest Checkout Link – Provided to you by email.
- Click ‘Give me another 48 hours’
- Note: The option for a time extension will only be available once
