PMT KB Article 13 – 026 - Why Have Funds Been Returned to My Account?

Paymytuition maintains multiple currency accounts, in multiple countries.  If you send us a currency that is different from the currency on your payment request, banks may reject the payment.

A payment may also be rejected if the payment instructions we provided you have been incorrectly entered. 

Please note that your bank may charge you an extra fee due to foreign exchange costs and transfer costs.

It is important to ensure that you follow the payment requests correctly, to avoid any processing delays. 

If your funds have been returned, please contact your bank. We are more than happy to assist you with understanding why your payment was returned. Please send your bank transfer confirmation to support@paymytuition.com and we’ll work with you to determine what went wrong to resolve any issues and re-initiate your payment.
