PMT KB Article 13 – 025- I Got a Notification That the Funds Were Received by PayMyTuition, When Will my Institution Receive the Funds?
Once we receive your funds, we will process your payment and convert the funds into the currency of your educational institution. You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your funds, and a separate notification once funds are delivered to your institution.
You can track your payments under “My Payments” located on your dashboard, every step of the way.
The status of your payment can be found on the PayMyTuition dashboard. Once the funds are processed, and received by your school, the status of your payment will be moved to the “delivered payments” tab. Here are the different status types you will find:
- New: Transaction was created but funds have not been received by PayMyTuition yet.
- Received: Funds were confirmed pending processing
Once the funds are transferred to your Educational Institution, your transaction will be automatically flagged as delivered and transferred to the to ‘Delivered payments’ tab.
