PMT KB Article 13 – 029 - The currency exchange rate has changed. Can I cancel my payment and make a new one?

Paymytuition offers international students the best possible rate at the time of your payment booking, through our online portal.  When you submit a payment request, we go out to the open market and “lock-in” your rate. We then provide you with the exact amount you need to send us in your local currency. 

When the rate is “locked-in”, you cannot change it despite currency fluctuations in the market. Paymytuition offers a best price guarantee compared to any other bank or industry competitor. We want our Rate Guarantee to give you the confidence that you are getting the best possible rate.
