If you wish to process a refund, you must contact your educational institution and request a this. PayMyTuition is a payment processor for international tuition payments. The funds we receive from you are considered the property of the educational institution, and as such, must be delivered in full to the educational institution.

Please note for compliance and regulatory purposes, all refunds can only be returned to the original bank account from where the payment was sent.

The processing time of your refund will depend on when funds are received from your educational institution, the country, and the currency of where the refund are to be deposited.
