PMT KB Article 13 – 028 - Can PayMyTuition Provide Me With an Invoice?

Paymytuition is a payment processor for international tuition payments, and not the final recipient of your tuition payment.  Only your educational institution can provide you with a formal and final invoice. 

Paymytuition can provide you with a transaction receipt via the download link on the pending or delivered payment section of your dashboard. The transaction receipt serves as the proof of payment to your institution.

To download a transaction receipt, please complete the following steps:

• Login to your dashboard https://www.paymytuition.com/login
• Click ‘Delivered Payments’
• Locate the transaction
• Click “Download” to view or print the confirmation
