PMT KB Article 13 – 027 - How Do I Cancel a Payment?

If you have funded your payment, you must contact your educational institution to request a refund. If you have not yet sent your funds to PayMyTuition, you can cancel your payment by simply completing the following steps:

Login to your dashboard by logging into https://www.paymytuition.com/login
Locate the payment
Click the ‘View details’ button associated to the transaction
Click the “Cancel my payment” button
