PMT KB Article 13 – 021 - I Received My Payment Delivery Confirmation Email, What Happens Next?
The delivery confirmation email is simply a notification to inform you that your educational institution has successfully received your payment. There is no further action required for you to take. Please allow up to 48 hours for payments to be reflected on your student account.
You can access your payment confirmations from your dashboard, under the “Delivered Payments” tab.
To download your delivery confirmation, follow these steps:
- Login to your dashboard https://www.paymytuition.com/login
- Click Delivered Payments
- Locate the transaction
- Click ‘Download’ to view or print the confirmation
