PMT KB Article 13 – 007 - How Do I Change My Payment Method?

If you have not funded the payment yet, you can cancel your transaction and create a new transaction with your preferred payment method. To cancel your payment, and create a new transaction, please follow the following steps:

  • Login to your dashboard by logging into https://www.paymytuition.com/login
  • Locate the payment you wish to cancel
  • Click the view details button associated to the transaction
  • Click the ‘Cancel my payment’ button
  • Create another transaction with the corrected amount by selecting ‘Make a Payment’
