PMT KB Article 5 – 007 - Why can’t I change, or edit, certain fields in my account? (Name, school, ID, etc.)

You can edit some of the details on your profile immediately after signing up.  However, there are a few details that you are not able to change yourself once you have created your first transfer. The information you are unable to change on your profile, include:

Date of Birth: Your date of birth can’t be changed after you have completed your first transfer.

Name: Your name can be updated in certain circumstances.  If you have changed your name, we will be able to help you update the name on your profile.  We will ask you to send us a photo or scan a copy of a legal document showing your name change (e.g. marriage certificate, deed poll etc.), along with your ID, if it hasn’t been verified.
