PMT KB Article 5 – 006 - What Information is displayed in payment history?

You can review, filter by date, and download all your previous and current transfer information from your “My Payments” page.

This page can also be found by going on the top right-hand corner of any Paymytuition website, after you have logged in and selected the My Payments link.

On this page, you will be able to view your pending transfers, delivered transfers, cancelled payments and refunds.

Your dashboard contains the following information:

•          The transfer identification number or transfer number
•          The date when you created the transfer
•          The name of the payer sending the funds
•          The status of the transfer (pending, delivered, cancelled)
•          The currency you sent the money from (the funding currency)
•          The amount you sent to us
•          The total payment amount to your educational institution
