PMT KB Article 5 – 003 - I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?
There are two ways you can change your password.
Reset a forgotten password:
If you do not know your current password, you can reset it using these steps:
- Go to https://www.paymytuition.com/forgot-password
- Enter your email and click “Reset my Password”
Change your current password:
If you know your current password, you can change it through your profile by completing the steps below:
- Login to your dashboard by logging into https://www.paymytuition.com/login
- Click your name on the top right corner
- Select “My Profile”
- Click the “Change password” box
- Enter your old password, then enter in your new password twice
- Click “Update Profile” to save changes
