PMT KB Article 2 – 028 - I made a mistake on my payment, how do I correct it?

Simply log into your account, go to the “My Payments Dashboard” and cancel the incorrect payment. You can then initiate a new payment with the correct information.

To cancel your payment, please complete the following steps:

  • Login to your dashboard by logging into https://www.paymytuition.com/login
  • Locate the payment you would like to cancel
  • Click the ‘View details’ button associated to the transaction
  • Click the ‘Cancel my payment’ button
  • Create another transaction with the correct amount by selecting ‘Make a Payment’
