PMT KB Article 2 – 027 - What if I can’t complete the payment in the time period provided?


In the “My Payments” section of your account, Paymytuition offers a time extension option. All you have to do is click on the button that says, “Give me 2 more days”, which will extend your due date by an additional 48 hours. If you are still unable to make a transfer within the 96-hour time period provided, Paymytuition will cancel the payment. The payment request will be canceled due to the fluctuating exchange rates, as we cannot hold the currency rate we offered you at the time of your booking. If your payment gets canceled, you can login and create a new payment when you are ready.

To request a 48-hour time extension:

●       Login to your dashboard by logging into https://www.paymytuition.com/login

●       Locate the payment

●       Click the view details button associated to the transaction

●       Select the “Give me another 48 hours” button

●       Note: the option for a time extension will only be available once
