PMT KB Article 2 – 018 - How will I know if my payment has been successful?

Paymytuition provides you with an online tracking dashboard that allows you to track your payment through the payment process.  You can view pending transactions, delivered payments, cancelled payments and any refunds in real time. All successful payments appear in the Delivered Payments section of your PayMyTuition Dashboard.

To view the status of your payment, follow the steps outlined below:

1.  Login to your dashboard https://www.paymytuition.com/login
2.  Select  Delivered Payments’  to view all transactions that have been previously sent to your institution
3.  You can also print a confirmation by clicking ‘download’ under the delivered payments tab
