PMT KB Article 3 – 003 - What is the status of my payment?
The status of your payment can be viewed on the PayMyTuition dashboard.
To view the status of your payment, follow the steps below:
Login into https://www.paymytuition.com/login to track the status of your pending payments. Status flags include:
- New: Transaction was created but funds have not been received by PayMyTuition yet.
- Received: Funds have been received by MTFX and are pending processing
Once the funds are transferred to the Educational Institution, your transaction will be moved to the ‘Delivered payments’ tab.
