PMT KB Article 3 – 002 - Can I request for another extension to make a payment?

When you submit your payment request, you have 48 hours to send your payment. If you require more time than the 48 hours provided, you can request an additional 48-hour extension. This request can be made online through your dashboard. To do this, simply: 

1. Login to your dashboard https://www.paymytuition.com/login
2. Identify the transaction 
3. View details 
4. Request extension by selecting ‘Give me another 48 hours’

If you still require more time the 96 hours provided, you can submit a request for a time extension by contacting us at  [email protected].
