PMT KB Article 1 - 013 - I have completed the registration process, but it didn’t ask for my bank details, how do I complete my payment?


We do not collect bank account information from students or payers. When you are sending money to your school, we provide you with OUR bank account information so that you can send funds from your account, to our account. Once we receive your payment, we then convert the funds into your educational institutions currency, and send your payment to them.

Your payment instructions can be downloaded from the payment dashboard once a transaction is created. Simply access your dashboard by logging in here. Once you have signed into your dashboard, you can click the ‘download’ button to download your payment instructions and send your funds.
