PMT KB Article 1 - 012 - Do you need my bank account information?

No, we do not collect your bank account information. When you are sending money to your school, we provide you with OUR bank account information, so you can send funds from your account, to our account. Once you send the payment, we then convert your funds to the currency of your educational institution and send your payment to them.

Your payment instructions can be downloaded from the payment dashboard once the transaction is created. Simply access your dashboard by logging in  here.  Once you have signed into your dashboard, you can click the ‘download’ button to download your payment instructions and send your funds.
